Cancellation / Refunds

We understand that circumstances may arise requiring the cancellation of your subscription or services.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions are set to renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.

Cancellation process

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further renewal charges will be made after cancellation. You can cancel through the manage subscription link in your transaction confirmation email or through Paddle buyer support.

Refund Window

Refund requests for purchases processed by Paddle must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date.

Refund requests should be submitted using the view receipt or manage subscription link in your transaction confirmation email, or through Paddle buyer support at https://paddle.net.

Refunds are handled by Paddle according to Paddle's Refund Policy.
